Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship Power Plate Accessories outside the Continental US or to P.O. Boxes.
• Power Plate Accessories are shipped separately. Power Plate Accessories shipments cannot be expedited.

Delivery

• Delivery Time: Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
• White Glove Delivery Sevice: Once your order is placed, it can take up to 10 business days to be contacted by the Power Plate shipping department to set up a shipping schedule. The Power Plate shipping department will then call the phone number you provide to set up a date and time for delivery. It is important to give all details about your house and the room where the unit will be placed so the movers know if they need to expect doorways, stairs, low ceilings, etc. Depending on your availability, the Power Plate shipping department should have your unit shipped within the next 48 hours.

Return Policy

• Merchandise must be in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping fees (if not defective). Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Power Plate Products cannot be returned after 30 days.
